Coastal 150 and Coastal PAC today announced an additional round of endorsements for the
2026 election cycle, supporting a slate of candidates committed to advancing policies that
strengthen economic growth, infrastructure investment, and long-term competitiveness across
Alabama, with a strong focus on the continued success of Coastal Alabama.
The organizations are proud to endorse:

● Caroleene Dobson - Secretary of State
● Derek Chen - State Auditor

“These candidates demonstrated a clear understanding of the issues that matter most to
Coastal Alabama and the role our region plays in driving Alabama’s economy,” said George
Talbot, Chairman of the Coastal 150 Board of Directors. “We are proud to support leaders who
recognize both the statewide importance of these offices and the need to ensure Coastal
Alabama continues to grow and compete at the highest level.”
In February, Coastal 150 and Coastal PAC announced an initial round of endorsements focused
on key local and legislative races across the region. Those endorsements included:
● Greg Albritton - Alabama State Senate District 22
● Chris Elliott - Alabama State Senate District 32
● Doug Harwell - Alabama State Senate District 34
● Frances Holk-Jones - Alabama State House of Representatives District 95

Coastal 150, a regional advocacy network representing business and community stakeholders
across Baldwin and Mobile counties, evaluates candidates based on their commitment to
policies that promote job creation, fiscal responsibility, and regional economic strength. Coastal
PAC supports these priorities through strategic political engagement and candidate
endorsements.
This round of endorsements reflects Coastal 150’s continued focus on ensuring strong
representation for Coastal Alabama in Montgomery and across the state.
