Coastal 150 and Coastal PAC today announced their first round of endorsements for the 2026 election cycle, backing a strong slate of candidates committed to advancing policies that support economic growth, infrastructure investment, and workforce development across Coastal Alabama.

The organizations are proud to endorse:

  • Doug Harwell - Alabama State Senate District 34

  • Chris Pringle – Alabama House of Representatives District 101

  • Chris Elliott – Alabama State Senate District 32

  • Matt Simpson – Alabama House of Representatives District 96

  • Frances Holk-Jones – Alabama House of Representatives District 95

  • Greg Albritton – Alabama State Senate District 22

“These leaders understand that Coastal Alabama is an economic driver for our state, and they have consistently supported policies that strengthen our Port, protect our natural resources, improve infrastructure, and expand workforce opportunities,” said George Talbot, Chairman of the Coastal 150 Board of Directors. “Coastal 150 is proud to endorse candidates who recognize the strategic importance of our region and are committed to ensuring it continues to grow and compete at the highest level.”

Coastal 150, a regional advocacy network representing business and community stakeholders across Baldwin and Mobile counties, evaluates candidates based on their commitment to policies that promote job creation, fiscal responsibility, and long-term regional competitiveness. Coastal PAC supports those priorities through strategic political engagement and candidate endorsements.

This first round of endorsements reflects Coastal 150’s continued commitment to securing strong representation for the coastal region in Montgomery. Additional endorsements may be announced in the coming months.
